Tea is not a beverage in Uyghur culture — it is the frame around the meal. A pot of hot black tea or mint tea lands on the table first and stays there to the end, cutting the richness of lamb and resetting your palate between skewers. Our house Dolan’s Special Tea follows the same tradition, and Uyghur Milk Tea sits beside it for anyone who takes tea with milk.

Beyond the teapot: house juice squeezed in-house — fresh lemonade or orange — plus ayran, the salted yogurt drink poured across Central Asia, and the usual sodas. We serve no alcohol; the drinks list, like the kitchen, is fully halal, which is also why the tea culture runs so deep. If you are new to the cuisine, order the Special Tea and let it do its job.
